As the founder of For the Love of Funds, LLC., she helps individuals and couples enhance values with money and acquire a love of effectively managing their funds through budgeting, growing their income, and reducing debt.

Since becoming a military spouse in 2007, she has embraced the spirit of serving others by actively volunteering over the years within the military and local communities at various duty stations. She has held the role of being a key volunteer with family readiness, financial literacy workshop coordinator, caseworker with Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, Girl Scout leader, Parent Educator Association Treasurer, Dinner at the Barracks lead, and is a frequent participant in the PTOs within her daughters’ schools.

March 2024 she will be living the “retired Milspouse life” continuing to pursue her purpose as a financial counselor with her retired Marine, 2 daughters, cats and chickens reading books amongst the sunflowers and tomatoes in her garden while drinking coffee perhaps in her home state of Maryland or in South Georgia. Regardless of where you find her, you will likely hear her
saying “stop me before I volunteer again” as she strolls into the PTO meeting with her planner in hand.

Along with obtaining the designation of an Accredited Financial Counselor, her educational experience
includes a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Other areas of interest
and experience includes network marketing, relationship & communication enhancement workshops,
small business & non-profit bookkeeping, and personal taxes.
