What will we cover during my initial consultation?
This session is scheduled for 20 mins to allow us to figure out if we are a good fit for each other. There is no fee attached. This will be conducted via phone call. If we are a match, all future sessions will be held via Zoom.
What types of plans do you offer?
Financial counseling and coaching clients have different needs depending on their circumstance. Whether you need a quick financial check up or to have someone hold you accountable, there are options for both.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When canceling an appointment, we require all clients to provide MORE than 24 hours notice before the scheduled time. Otherwise, we will charge customers for the full session.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system that requires 50% deposit when scheduling and the remainder to be paid within 7 days of completing our session unless a monthly billing plan has been created.

Do you offer discounts?
Active duty and transitioning military within 90 days of end of active service are offered FREE counseling sessions. This is my way of saying THANK YOU for launching me into this profession.
